Welcome to the General Services Administration's on-line auction of real property. At this site, you can view the present auction high bids on real estate being offered through the Ft. Worth Real Property Disposal Office and can bid on those properties over the internet.

Before you bid, you need to see what properties are available and then get the bid package that applies to the property you are interested in. Bid packages, which include the description of the property and all the terms of sale, can be obtained by downloading "Invitations for Bids" online at propertydisposal.gsa.gov or by calling us at 800-833-4317 or by sending an e-mail request.

Once you have read the bid package, you can move to the next step which is to register to bid. Bid deposits are required in order to bid. You can submit the deposit with a Cashier's Check in the amount specified in the bid package or you can submit the amount using a credit card on-line if authorized. Once the credit card information is approved or the deposit is received, you will be assigned a bidder ID number and you can select your own password. With the ID number and your password you will be able to use this site to bid on-line over the internet.

So, to get started, you need to see what property is available at propertydisposal.gsa.gov. Download or call for the bid package for the property that you are interested in and then come back to www.auctionrp.com and register to bid.
